SOCIO-COMMUNICATIVE INTERACTION: SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO ITS STRUCTURE, FUNCTIONS, AND ROLE IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of socio-communicative interaction for the development of professional communication, partnership, social integration, and the formation of future professionals’ communicative competence. In the context of the digitalization of educational and professional environments, socio-communicative interaction is taking on new forms and combining interpersonal, social, professional, and digital aspects of communication. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to systematize contemporary scientific approaches to understanding sociocommunicative interaction, generalize its structural components and functions, develop a holistic theoretical understanding of socio-communicative interaction as a multilevel process, and specify its significance in the professional training of higher education students and the formation of future professionals’ communicative competence. Scientific novelty. The study systematizes scientific approaches to socio-communicative interaction and identifies five main areas: psychological-cognitive, communicative-interactional, socio-discursive, educational-professional, and systemic-integrative. The structural components of socio-communicative interaction are generalized and include cognitive, emotional-behavioral, communicative-interactional, sociocultural, digital, and motivational-reflective components. Its communicative-informational, regulatory-coordinative, adaptive-integrative, value-humanistic, developmentalmotivational, and social-transformative functions are systematized. A conceptual mechanism of socio-communicative interaction is proposed, reflecting the interrelationship between the external environment, scientific approaches, structural components, implementation process, functions, and outcomes of interaction. Conclusions. Socio-communicative interaction is established as a multilevel process that facilitates professional communication, partnership, social integration, and the development of communicative competence. In the professional training of higher education students, it is implemented through interactive teaching methods, professionally oriented tasks, and digital communication tools. The obtained results can be used to develop the communicative competence of future professionals.
