Abstract

The strengthening of international competition and the processes of globalization of the world economy are becoming an objective condition for managing the competitiveness of pig farming products. Therefore, important factors in achieving and maintaining an advantage over competitors are not only innovation and professionalism, education and science, but also the introduction of new production organization systems based on the use of the advantages of specialization, integration and cooperation, among which new organizational and economic relationships between enterprises stand out. organizations, companies that provide conditions for the creation of network structures – clusters. The article examines the essence of the integration association in the agro-industrial complex. The effectiveness of creating associations between enterprises of the meat product sub-complex and organizations engaged in construction, education, and finance is substantiated.
