Abstract

Introduction. The introduction of inclusive practices into social work creates a space of complex ethical choices, where standard protocols often conflict with the rights of a particular person to self-determination and privacy. Professional activity of a specialist in such conditions requires not only technical skills, but also deep value reflection to balance between client safety, community requirements and principles of social justice. Analysis of typical moral dilemmas allows developing effective support strategies that minimize the risks of professional errors and ensure real, rather than formal, inclusion. A special role in this process belongs to the formation of ethical stability of a specialist, which allows him to act confidently in conditions of legal and social uncertainty. Expanding the boundaries of inclusion requires not just the mechanical execution of job descriptions, but a rethinking of the very philosophy of social support, where the interests of the individual become the central reference point. Systematization of accumulated experience and identification of effective strategies of ethical response create a reliable basis for building a barrier-free space, where each participant in the interaction feels protected and recognized. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and systematize the main ethical dilemmas that arise in the activities of social workers during the implementation of inclusive practices, as well as to identify strategies for resolving them on the basis of human rights and social justice. The scientific novelty of the study lies in identifying mechanisms for resolving ethical dilemmas that arise during the implementation of inclusion. Conclusions. It is generalized that the ethical dimension is a fundamental factor in the success of inclusive processes in social work. The main ethical dilemmas that arise in the area of conflicts between client autonomy and care, as well as confidentiality and multidisciplinary interaction, are systematized. Strategies for overcoming moral conflicts through the implementation of models of «practical wisdom», dialogical interaction and supervisory support are substantiated. It is determined that further research should be aimed at empirically testing these strategies in the activities of multidisciplinary teams and the development of deontological training programs for specialists.
