LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT
Journal "Inclusion and Society" provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Full-text access to scientific articles of the journal is presented on the official website in the Archives section.
This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. The licensing policy is compatible with the overwhelming majority of open access and archiving policies.

Journal "Inclusion and Society" is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source. The journal is licensed by Creative Commons Attribution International CC-BY.

Authors retain copyright of their works. By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and agree to the distribution of the published article under the terms of an open-access license.
Authors have the right to deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other platforms, provided that full bibliographic information and a link to the official version of the article on the journal’s website are included.
Any use of published materials must include proper citation of the original publication or a direct hyperlink to the article on the journal’s official website.
The journal respects authors’ rights and is committed to protecting intellectual property in accordance with applicable copyright laws and international standards.
