ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE POLICY
The journal recognizes the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in academic research and supports their responsible, transparent, and ethical use in accordance with international standards of academic integrity.
Authors may use AI tools for supportive purposes, including language editing, text refinement, data analysis assistance, or technical support in research preparation. However, the use of AI must not replace the author’s scientific responsibility for the content, accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted manuscript.
Authors are required to clearly disclose the use of AI tools in the manuscript, if such tools were employed during its preparation, and to specify the nature of their use (e.g., language editing, data processing, text improvement, etc.).
The use of AI to generate scientific results without proper verification, or to fabricate or falsify data, is strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to use AI in a way that misrepresents authorship or sources of information.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors of publications, as they cannot take responsibility for the content of scholarly work.
The editorial board reserves the right to evaluate manuscripts for appropriate use of AI tools and may reject submissions or take other appropriate actions in cases of policy violations.
This policy is based on the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and international guidelines for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in scholarly publishing.
