Introduction. The article examines modern technologies for organizing psychosocial support for the population in territorial communities under conditions of social transformations and increasing psycho-emotional stress. The relevance of developing effective approaches to providing psychosocial assistance as a component of the social protection system is substantiated, particularly in the context of crisis situations, including wartime challenges and internal displacement. The theoretical and methodological foundations of psychosocial support are analyzed, and its essence, principles, and functions at the level of the territorial community are defined. Key technologies for organizing psychosocial support are outlined, including intervention, interagency cooperation, mobile teams of social and psychological assistance, group and individual forms of work, as well as digital tools for service provision. Particular attention is paid to the role of multidisciplinary teams in ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing the problems of service recipients. The peculiarities of implementing psychosocial technologies in the practice of community social services are determined, taking into account resource capacities, human resources potential, and the needs of different population groups. The importance of developing partnerships between governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations to improve the quality and accessibility of services is emphasized. It is generalized that the effective organization of psychosocial support in territorial communities contributes to increasing social cohesion, psychological resilience of the population, and the restoration of social well-being. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of social work professionals, as well as in the development of local social support programs. In the context of contemporary social challenges, including wartime events, internal displacement, and increased levels of psychoemotional stress, the issue of organizing effective psychosocial support in territorial communities is becoming particularly relevant. There is a growing need to implement innovative social work technologies capable of ensuring accessibility, comprehensiveness, and quality of services for various population groups. Purpose and objectives of the article. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and systematize technologies for organizing psychosocial support for the population in territorial communities, as well as to determine the features of their implementation in the context of modern social transformations. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the generalization and systematization of modern approaches to organizing psychosocial support at the level of the territorial community, clarification of the content and structure of relevant technologies, as well as in determining the role of interagency cooperation and a multidisciplinary approach in ensuring the effectiveness of service provision. Results. The study has shown that the effective organization of psychosocial support in territorial communities requires the implementation of comprehensive social work technologies, the development of partnership interaction among social sector stakeholders, and a focus on the needs of service recipients. This contributes to enhancing psychological resilience, strengthening social cohesion, and improving the overall quality of life.
