ACTIVITIES OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN REHABILITATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Introduction. The article highlights the role of social workers in rehabilitation projects, which help participants in combat operations to maintain health. Descriptions of the functions of social workers that they perform in their work, including: developing individual rehabilitation plans, providing psychological and emotional support, as well as coordination of work between different facists. A program of social input has been developed, which is aimed at social adaptation and integration of individuals with shared capabilities in marriage. The difficulties that social workers face in their work are characterized: insufficient funding, emotional distress and problems in coordination with other specialists. It is clear that due to the comprehensive approach of social workers in the process of rehabilitation of patients, their successful adaptation to new minds in life and integration into matrimony. It is noted that an important element is the interaction of social workers with the clients’ homelands, which contributes to the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process. It has been established that the activity of social workers in rehabilitation fields has an unprecedented success in rehabilitation and social integration of individuals exchanged with possibilities, which brings their return to an active life in marriage. The purpose of the work is to highlight the activities of social workers in rehabilitation institutions. Meta-works highlight the activities of social workers in rehabilitation settings. Scientific novelty lies in the complex analysis of the activities of social workers in rehabilitation fields, with the attention to daily demands and needs of marriage. The activity of social workers in rehabilitation settings provides important comprehensive assistance to individuals who require support. Social workers promote effective rehabilitation, social adaptation and integration of individuals in marriage, and a wide range of tasks – from psychological support to coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation. Conclusions. Social workers promote the development of independent living skills, provide individual counseling, organize group activities, support patients’ families, and coordinate interdisciplinary interaction between medical, psychological, and pedagogical specialists. Their activities are aimed not only at overcoming physical or psychological difficulties, but also at creating a favorable social environment for individuals undergoing rehabilitation. Further research in this area will focus on more detailed approaches and improvements in the effectiveness of social work in rehabilitation settings.
