EVALUATION OF SOCIAL WORK WITH VICTIMS OF WAR IN AN AMALGAMATED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY

Abstract

Introduction. The article presents an assessment of social work with victims of hostilities on the example of Makiv territorial community, Khmelnytskyi region. The article presents statistical data on the number of victims of military operations in the regions and the needs of respondents. The Program of social protection of the population of the Makiv united territorial community for the period from 2021 to 2025 is analyzed. The system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of social security for victims of hostilities in the Makiv territorial community is studied. According to the results of the complex evaluation of the social security efficiency in the Makiv territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi region was received 3,72 points, which indicates the average level of the social security. During the evaluation the experts defined problem aspects, such as: insufficiently developed system of psychological support, lack of support in the sphere of employment and unavailability of certain services. The criteria for the assessing the effectiveness of social security for victims of hostilities in the Makiv territorial community are analyzed. Objective. To evaluate social work with victims of hostilities on the example of the Makiv territorial community, Khmelnytskyi region. Results. According to the results of a comprehensive assessment, we see that the level of social security of internally displaced persons in the Makiv community, Khmelnytskyi region, is at an average level and needs to be improved in certain aspects, such as support in the field of employment and the establishment of psychological support. For the evaluation of the social security efficiency of the victims of militarian actions the assessment method was used. In particular, the authors developed the system of indicators for the assessing the effectiveness of social security for internally displaced persons was developed.
