THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

Digital technologies have become an integral part of the modern educational process, providing new opportunities to support inclusive education. They can provide access to educational materials for all students, including those with physical, cognitive, or sensory disabilities. However, their implementation is accompanied by a number of challenges that require detailed analysis. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of digital technologies on inclusive education, identify key challenges, and explore prospects for their use in creating a more accessible and effective learning environment for students with special educational needs. The scientific novelty of this work lies in a comprehensive analysis of modern digital technologies in the context of inclusive education, particularly in identifying the advantages and disadvantages of their use. For the first time, the challenges faced by educational institutions in implementing digital tools are systematized, and ways to overcome them are proposed. Special attention is paid to studying the prospects for using artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and other innovative technologies in the education of students with special needs. The implementation of digital technologies in inclusive education opens up new opportunities for improving access to knowledge and enhancing the quality of education for students with special needs. The main challenges include technical limitations, the need for appropriate teacher training, and the necessity to create inclusive content. To overcome these obstacles, it is important to ensure systematic support and collaboration between technology developers, educators, and students. Prospects include the development of individualized learning programs, adaptive platforms, and interactive tools that can significantly enhance the effectiveness of inclusive learning.
