STRATEGIC ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

In today's environment of global instability, digitalization, and environmental challenges, strategic management is taking on new features focused on ensuring business sustainability and long–term development. Organizations are forced to seek innovative management technologies that allow them to simultaneously achieve economic efficiency, minimize environmental risks, and increase social responsibility. Strategic management technologies provide flexibility, adaptability, and transparency of management processes, which are critical for the sustainable development of organizations. Therefore, the authors' research on the relationship between technological innovations and strategic management of sustainable development is relevant for the formation of a modern management paradigm in the digital economy. The purpose of the work is to identify, systematize, and justify modern strategic management technologies aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the context of digital transformation and global environmental and social challenges. The article uses general scientific methods: dialectical, systemic–structural analysis and synthesis, generalization. The authors consider key technologies (BSC taking into account ESG indicators, strategic forecasting and scenario modeling, integration of innovations and “green” technologies, stakeholder management) that support strategic management of an organization with an emphasis on sustainability. The authors' research into the essence of the main technologies of strategic management of an organization allowed them to determine their purpose and advantages in the context of sustainable development. In the course of researching modern strategic management technologies aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the context of digital transformation and global environmental and social challenges, it was found that strategic management technologies are a key tool for ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the context of digital transformation. Their implementation contributes to improving the efficiency of management processes, the flexibility of strategic decisions, and the formation of a new development model based on the principles of responsibility, innovation, and environmental balance. Further research should focus on developing models for assessing the effectiveness of strategic management technologies in ensuring sustainable development, as well as on forming integrated digital management ecosystems.
