IDENTIFICATION OF THE MECHANISM OF THE SOCIO-HUMANITARIAN COMPONENT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL STATE TO COUNTERPROGANDA INFLUENCE

This article examines the mechanisms of managing the socio-humanitarian component the economic security of machine-building enterprises in the conditions of modern challenges and threats martial law to counteract counter-propaganda influence. On the basis of which, the main requirements for ensuring the security of the socio-humanitarian component are noted namely, complexity; systematicity; diversity (alternative solutions); priority of implementation of measures; socio-humanitarian risks in the context of countering propaganda influence. The mechanism for ensuring the economic security of machine-building enterprises is identified in the structure of practically-oriented components the socio-humanitarian component: 1) monitoring - a system of information analysis used to monitor dynamic changes in indicators of socio-economic security of machine-building enterprises; 2) implementation of measures to prevent threats the economic security of machine-building enterprises; 3) a structural element of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of machine-building enterprises is the implementation of counteraction to factors in the face at modern challenges. It is established that the functioning of machine-building enterprises in context of implementation at socio-humanitarian guidelines occurs three level: strategic level – aimed at eliminating social contradictions or at least at their localization and weakening; tactical level – aimed at solving tasks related to eliminating specific types of threats or preventing impact on the socio-humanitarian component; operational level – this represents the elimination of the consequences of threats and negative impacts and compensation for losses in the implementation of the socio-humanitarian component in the context of propaganda influence under martial law. As a result of the research, four vectors of socio-humanitarian component the economic security of machine-building enterprises were identified and the features of implementation the studied area under martial law in the context of countering propaganda measures were formed.
