DETERMINING THE STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY – A PREREQUISITE FOR ITS RISE IN POST-WAR TIMES

Abstract

Introduction. Despite all the troubles and trials connected with the war in Ukraine, those who are convinced of victory turn their thoughts to determining the ways of its restoration and integration into the world economic space. Among the number of problems that need to be solved in this context, the right place is the choice of an adequate model of the structure of the national economy of the future. Suggestions on this matter are included in this article. Тhe purpose of the article is to highlight the results of the conducted research, which highlight the author's views on the structure of the country's economic system in view of the tasks that will accompany its recovery after the end of the war. Methods. During the work, the following methods were used: monographic, when comprehending the scientific achievements of predecessors, which are reflected in professional periodicals; graphic modeling while reflecting the author's vision of the structure of the national economy and others. Results. Applying the above methods and relying on the extensive research information base, an overview of the current approaches of developed countries to their further development based on the Green Deal and the European Recovery Plan is presented. Attention is focused on the role that the blue economy and space economy will play in this context in the near future. Together with the terrestrial economy, they form a triumvirate that will ensure the satisfaction of the growing needs of the growing population of the planet. The proposal of a fragment of the graphic model of the structural structure of the national economy is submitted to the judgment of the readers. A proposal to rely on it during the development of strategies for the post-war recovery of Ukrainian industry is included. Conclusion. The post-war future of our country depends, among other things, on the competent solution of a number of current problems. An important place among them is the determination of the structure of the economy, which will be restored. A new perspective on it is needed, which takes into account the latest concepts and realities of today's life in, in particular, the member states of the European Union.
