МЕТОДИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЯКОСТІ ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

У статті досліджено теоретико-методичні засади оцінювання людського капіталу в умовах трансформаційної економіки та цифровізації. Висвітлено його багатокомпонентну природу, що охоплює освіту, професійні навички, здоров’я, креативність, інноваційний потенціал та адаптивність. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від часткових індикаторів до багатовимірної інтегральної оцінки для комплексного вимірювання якості та ефективності людського капіталу. Запропоновано методичний підхід, що поєднує кількісні та якісні показники, а також інструменти експертного оцінювання. Підкреслено роль цифрових даних та дашбордів для вдосконалення систем моніторингу людського капіталу. Результати можуть бути використані для розробки соціально-економічних та освітніх стратегій.
