Modern economy demands a fresh perspective on inclusivity and equal opportunities within the labor market. The research topic addresses the pressing issue of ensuring labor market access for individuals with diverse needs and defines the role of education in shaping competitive professionals in this context. Inclusive economy underscores the necessity of creating conditions for the active participation of all population groups in economic life, necessitating the abandonment of stereotypes, discrimination, and labor market inequalities. Inclusivity entails providing opportunities for personal development, irrespective of physical, psychological, or socio-cultural characteristics. A pivotal component of inclusive economy is the preparation of competitive workers with varying needs. Education plays a central role in shaping such professionals, with the responsibility extending beyond imparting vocational knowledge to encompass the development of social, communication, and adaptability skills. The education system must be flexible and adaptable, catering to individual needs irrespective of their uniqueness. For success in inclusive economy, it is imperative to consider labor market requirements and adequately prepare future workers. Educational programs must be developed while considering realistic employment opportunities for individuals with diverse limitations. Additionally, fostering an environment where interaction among representatives of different population groups fosters knowledge exchange and enhances overall professionalism is crucial. Implementing inclusive economy and preparing competitive workers with diverse needs poses a challenge to society and the government. This demands collaborative efforts from businesses, educational institutions, government bodies, and the public. Such an approach will foster equal opportunities, elevate the economic potential of the nation, and cultivate a society that values diversity and is open to all its members. Consequently, the theme "Inclusive Economy and the Labor Market: The Role of Education in Shaping Competitive Workers with Diverse Needs" underscores the importance of inclusivity, equal opportunities, and adaptive education in creating a competitive and diverse labor market in the contemporary world.
