СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИМИ ПРОЄКТАМИ У БУДІВНИЦТВІ

Досліджено теоретико-методологічні та практичні аспекти формування стратегічних підходів в управлінні інноваційними проєктами будівельних підприємств. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу будівельної галузі на інноваційну модель розвитку задля підвищення її конкурентоспроможності. Виділено ключові стратегічні підходи: ресурсно-компетентнісний, процесно-орієнтований (із застосуванням BIM-технологій та Lean-менеджменту) та еколого-економічний (ESG-критерії). Розроблено концептуальну модель їх інтеграції в єдину систему стратегічного управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю будівельного підприємства. Доведено, що ефективна реалізація інноваційних будівельних проєктів вимагає синергії технологічних інновацій та сучасних управлінських парадигм.
