ІНДЕКС ІНКЛЮЗИВНОСТІ В СИСТЕМІ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ТА РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Розглянуті питання вдосконалення системи стратегічного управління підприємствами з урахуванням рівня інклюзивності, зумовлені особливостями їх функціонування в умовах війни, дефіциту трудових ресурсів, зростання кількості соціально вразливих груп населення та осіб з інвалідністю. Доведено, що традиційні підходи до стратегічного управління не завжди враховують рівень інклюзивності підприємств як фактор економічної стійкості та конкурентоспроможності; використання індексу інклюзивності у системі стратегічного управління дозволяє підприємствам своєчасно виявляти соціальні та кадрові ризики, підвищувати продуктивність праці, покращувати корпоративну культуру та ефективно використовувати людський капітал. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості застосування індексу інклюзивності для стратегічного управління підприємством.
