ЗМІНИ В УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ ПІДХОДАХ КОМПАНІЙ ПІД ВПЛИВОМ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ

Стаття присвячена аналізу трансформації управлінських підходів компаній під впливом корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (CSR) як ключового чинника формування сучасних моделей менеджменту. Доведено, що CSR еволюціонувала від добровільної філантропії до концепції колективної відповідальності (CSRm), яка інтегрує бізнес, громаду та державу у спільні ініціативи сталого розвитку. На основі моделей А.Керролла та Дж.Елкінгтона обґрунтовано вплив принципів Triple Bottom Line та ESG на структуру управління, зокрема створення комплаєнс-підрозділів, запровадження етичних кодексів і звітності GRI. Розкрито взаємозв’язок CSR із гендерною та етнічною політикою, екологічними і філантропічними програмами, що формують нову парадигму корпоративного менеджменту орієнтовану на баланс прибутку, соціуму та екології.
