ПРОЄКТНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ РОЗВИТКОМ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАД В УМОВАХ ЗЕЛЕНОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ

У статті обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади та практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження проєктного управління розвитком територіальних громад в умовах зеленої трансформації з акцентом на соціальній згуртованості та дизайн-мисленні. Застосовано методи системного аналізу, узагальнення наукових джерел і порівняльного аналізу міжнародного досвіду. Теоретичною основою роботи є концепції сталого управління проєктами, дизайн-мислення та соціальної згуртованості. Емпіричну базу становлять дані ЄС, міжнародних організацій і публікації у виданнях Scopus та Web of Science. Зелена трансформація розглядається як системний перехід до низьковуглецевої економіки на місцевому рівні. Розкрито роль дизайн-мислення як людиноцентричного доповнення до класичного проєктного управління та запропоновано авторський п’ятифазний проєктний цикл і відповідний інструментарій.
