INTEGRATIVE CRISIS MANAGEMENT MODELS FOR THE RESILIENCE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL RISKS

The article considers integrative models of anti-crisis management as an effective tool for ensuring the stability of industrial enterprises in the face of growing global risks. The author analyzes modern approaches to anti-crisis management, paying special attention to the complexity and interdisciplinary nature of models that combine financial, organizational, technological and social aspects of management. A conceptual model of integrative anti-crisis management is proposed, which includes a systematic analysis of external and internal risks, mechanisms for early detection of crisis symptoms, adaptive response strategies and tools for monitoring the effectiveness of the measures taken. Special emphasis is placed on the need to introduce innovative technologies and digital solutions to increase the flexibility and adaptability of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate conceptual integrative models of anti-crisis management, which ensure increased resilience of industrial enterprises in the context of rapid changes and growing global risks. The task of the study is a systematic analysis of external and internal risks, the formation of mechanisms for early detection of crisis phenomena, the development of adaptive crisis response strategies and the implementation of effective monitoring tools to ensure the efficiency and quality of management decisions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop new approaches that will be adaptive to the rapidly changing external environment and will increase the level of enterprise resilience. Integrative models of anti-crisis management are able to provide a systematic approach to identifying risks, optimizing management decisions, effectively coordinating actions and maximizing resources during a crisis. The implementation of such models will contribute to increasing the overall competitiveness of the industrial sector and preserving its key role in the national economy in the face of global challenges. The results obtained can become the basis for developing practical recommendations for the formation of anti-crisis strategies that ensure long-term competitiveness and sustainability of industrial enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and dynamic changes in the global economic environment. The article will be useful for managers, scientists and experts in the field of economics and management who deal with issues of risk management and sustainable business development.
