The concept of digital transformation in the field of transport and logistics is defined, which involves the use of digital technologies to improve supply chain operations by increasing efficiency, visibility and flexibility. The advantages of digital transformation in logistics and transport are systematized: increasing efficiency and productivity; reducing costs and increasing profitability; ensuring transparency and visibility in real time; improving adaptability and speed of response; improving customer experience; obtaining competitive advantages; more informed decision-making; ensuring higher staff engagement. The benefits that digital transformation provides to logistics companies are identified: productivity growth of 10-20% in the short term and 20-40% in the long term; reduction of operational risks by 60%, increase in the value of companies by 20% and increase in revenues by 5-10% over two years.
