PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF IMPROVING PUBLIC MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS IN THE FIELD OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

The article explores the current problems and challenges facing the mechanisms of public administration in the field of financial security of Ukraine. The main factors affecting the financial stability of the state are analyzed. The ways of improving the mechanisms of public administration to strengthen the financial security of Ukraine are proposed. The study notes that it is proposed to strengthen institutional capacities by reforming existing state bodies, improving the system of control over financial transactions and introducing modern information technologies. The purpose of the article is to identify problems and ways to improve public management mechanisms in the field of financial security of Ukraine. The research was conducted using an integrated approach, including analysis of the regulatory and legal framework, statistical methods, expert assessments and risk modeling. An analysis of the current state of Ukraine's financial security was carried out, in particular through an assessment of indicators of financial stability, public debt and investment attractiveness. The main results of the study showed that the existing mechanisms of public management need significant improvement to ensure an effective response to modern challenges. Key weaknesses were identified, including the insufficient level of coordination between various authorities and the low level of transparency in the financial sphere. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of recommendations for improving the mechanisms of public management of Ukraine's financial security. It is proposed to create an integrated system for monitoring financial risks, improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures, and strengthen financial literacy among civil servants. One of the main problems remains the lack of a single coordination center for managing financial security, which leads to fragmented actions. Ways of improvement include the creation of an interdepartmental commission, the development of a unified financial security strategy, and the introduction of modern information technologies for the analysis and forecasting of financial threats.
