OUTSTAFFING AS AN ELEMENT OF THE COMPANY'S PERSONNEL POLICY

Abstract

Introduction. Large companies, wishing to focus on the main business and not be distracted by various HR-problems, enter into an agreement with an intermediary that provides it with a staff of employees. The latter is legally their employer and resolves all issues related to recruitment, salary and registration of subordinates. She also maintains all documentation, including accounting and personnel. At the same time, the employees work full-time at the customer's company, but are employed by the provider company. Outstaffing is mainly used by companies with at least 100 employees. Also, the service is popular among Western startups who want to get the specific experts they need for development, who are difficult to find in other ways, without unnecessary delay. Purpose. To study the essence and features of the use of outstaffing, to identify its advantages and disadvantages in its use by enterprises, companies, and organizations. Methods. In the process of conducting scientific research to achieve the set goal, general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular the following: general scientific and special – to ensure the achievement of the goal, abstract-logical and dialectical – to substantiate theoretical propositions and conclusions. Results. Studies have shown that the dynamic nature of business requires constant changes in production processes, marketing strategies and personnel policies of enterprises. Especially important are the issues of introducing new personnel management technologies and reducing administrative costs, where outstaffing plays a significant role. This atypical form of employment is becoming relevant as an alternative to informal work, allowing employers to officially retain workers, albeit on the staff of another company. Conclusion. Outstaffing is an effective tool for personnel management, especially in a dynamic business environment where flexibility and speed of response to changes are crucial. The right implementation of outstaffing can help companies focus on their core business, reducing costs and minimizing risks. However, in our opinion, the success of this strategy depends on careful planning, choosing a reliable partner and clearly defining the terms of cooperation.
