СТІЙКІСТЬ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ЕКОСИСТЕМ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ РЕГІОНІВ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ І БЕЗПЕКОВИХ РИЗИКІВ

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність формування нових аналітичних рамок оцінювання стійкості туристичних регіонів в умовах повномасштабної війни, посилення безпекових ризиків та інфраструктурних втрат. Доведено, що стійкість інноваційних туристичних екосистем має характер системної трансформації просторово-економічних взаємозв’язків. Запропоновано структуру багатовимірного інтегрального індексу, що охоплює п’ять взаємопов’язаних аналітичних компонентів, а також забезпечує порівняльну оцінку регіонів та дозволяє формувати диференційовані підходи до реалізації туристичної політики в умовах війни. Обґрунтовано доцільність типологізації туристичних регіонів за рівнем адаптивності, що створює підґрунтя для територіально диференційованої політики відновлення та переходу до екосистемної моделі розвитку туризму.
