СВІТОВИЙ ДОСВІД РОЗВИТКУ СИСТЕМИ СТРАХОВОГО ЗАХИСТУ ЦИФРОВИХ АКТИВІВ

Питання вивчення світового досвіду розвитку системи страхового захисту цифрових активів є актуальним по мірі розвитку цифрових технологій, цифрових активів, що зумовлюють появу ризиків. У статті досліджено поняття «цифрові активи», зокрема виокремлено правовий, економічний, технологічний та інноваційний концептуальні напрямки. А також регуляторний, інноваційний та експериментальний підходи зарубіжного досвіду розвитку цифрових активів. Окрему увагу приділено вивчення питання світового досвіду розвитку системи страхового захисту цифрових активів в ряду країнах та провідних компаніях. Зокрема виділено напрямки розвитку страхування в сфері цифрових активів, необхідність розвитку, виходячи із практики втрати внаслідок дії різних ризиків (злом, крадіжка) та зростаючого страхового потенціалу ринку цифрових активів. Узагальнено, що по міру розвитку екосистеми цифрових активів гібридні моделі, що поєднують традиційний андеррайтинг із децентралізованою перевіркою, визначать наступне покоління інновацій у страхуванні. В умовах посилення регуляторного контролю надійна безпека та спеціалізоване страхування стають основою операційної стійкості.
