ІНКЛЮЗИВНЕ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВО ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ДОВІРИ В СУСПІЛЬСТВІ

Дослідження присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню інклюзивного підприємництва як стратегічного інструменту відновлення суспільної довіри. У роботі концептуалізовано сутність інклюзивного підприємництва та визначено його основні відмінності від традиційної та соціальної моделей. Проаналізовано категорію «довіра» як специфічного економічного активу, що визначає стійкість бізнесу, насамперед через мінімізацію трансакційних витрат. Особливу увагу приділено ідентифікації бар’єрів, з якими стикаються вразливі верстви населення (ветерани, ВПО, особи з інвалідністю), та визначенню механізмів їхньої реінтеграції у професійне середовище. Виявлено ризики імітації інклюзії та їхній деструктивний вплив на репутаційний капітал компаній. Сформульовано стратегічні рекомендації щодо впровадження принципів чесності та партисипації. Обґрунтовано візію інклюзивного підприємництва як фундаменту соціальної згуртованості та інституційної резильєнтності в контексті повоєнного відновлення України.
